Campus News

We have a full house this quarter and will be full again for the winter quarter. Fall quarter had a waiting list that began in July. It is great to be full. Two new staff members came on board this quarter. Seanna Curtin is from Catalina Island, CA and is assisting in the jumping, dressage, training, and teaching classes. Penny Bushong is from Nevada and has joined the western staff. Both ladies are Riding Master VI graduates.

New roofs and painting have been the main projects this year. Most barns and buildings have had roofs replaced and we have done a lot of painting and staining. A new bridge is being built over the creek that divides the two sides of campus. A new second road has been built going to the top of the hill. It goes around the side of the hill and isnít nearly as steep as the original road. Iím sure many of you remember climbing the steep side to the top of the hill!! We have 130 stalls on campus right now and every one is full so a new barn is in the plans. Also in the planning stage is a teaching booth between long and wide arenas so that students and staff can see into both arenas during training classes.

We now have a Graduate Links section with links to the web sites of many of our graduates.  Take a look, and visit the sites of some of your former class mates.  Also, be sure to sign our new Graduate Guest Book.

Recognize that you are one of the fortunate few to have a passion that you can turn into a career.
