What is your favorite memory from Meredith Manor?
Struggling to trim and shoe Big Max or retiring Tip to my home in Pennsylvania.

In what ways have your experiences at Meredith Manor impacted your career and who you are today?
MM gave me the basics and confidence to pursue a career in the equine industry. It's just the environment at the manor. Having to work with the horses 24/7, having responsibilities that you probably wouldn't get at another institution. John (Crothers) was a good instructor and made us comfortable working on horses with different conformations, issues, and personalities.

Any advice for prospective students considering attending Meredith Manor?
Don't be afraid to work or make mistakes, if you aren't making mistakes you're not learning anything.

I have a lot of very valuable knowledge that I can use to help people. The average 21-year-old doesn’t have a system, doesn’t have a solid background. Other than the saddle time you spend at Meredith Manor, having that system is probably the most valuable thing you learn. You can always go back to it.
